1. About the service
Fluid.pics (the “Website”) is Fluid Studio's digital platform for creating, viewing, and publishing generative and abstract art. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms to the extent that acceptance is required for the features you choose to use.
2. Accounts
Some features may require registration. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity performed through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise. You must not attempt to access other accounts without authorization, bypass service limits, or interfere with the Website.
Fluid Studio may change available features, generation settings, and reasonable technical limits. Material information about available features is displayed in the Website interface.
3. Creating and publishing images
Images are generated using algorithms and parameters selected by users. The generator interface provides for completed artworks to appear in the public gallery. By starting a generation, you should understand that the result may become visible to other visitors.
Generated results may be similar to other images, include unexpected visual elements, or be produced more than once. Generation alone does not guarantee uniqueness or the existence of exclusive copyright in the result.
When uploading source photographs or other materials, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or another lawful basis to use them with the selected feature. You must respect third-party rights, including copyright, image rights, and privacy rights.
4. Rights in generated images
Rights in a result depend on applicable law, the extent of human creative contribution, and any third-party rights. These Terms do not declare all automatically generated images to be Fluid Studio's exclusive property and do not transfer rights that users or third parties hold independently of the Website.
You may use the result you create for personal or commercial purposes to the extent permitted by the rights you hold and the rights of others. By making a result available in the public gallery, you grant Fluid Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to technically store, display, reproduce, and distribute the artwork as part of the Website and its promotion, and to authorize visitors to use it as set out below, only to the extent you have the rights to grant such permission.
5. Using images from the public gallery
Fluid Studio permits visitors to download, save, and republish images from its public gallery on websites, blogs, social media, and other online publications, including publications by commercial projects, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
- Every public repost must credit Fluid Studio — fluid.pics and include an active, clickable link to the artwork's original page, if available, or to https://fluid.pics/.
- The credit must be clearly visible and directly associated with the image, for example in a caption, post description, or alongside the image.
- You must not falsely claim authorship or imply that Fluid Studio endorses your publication.
- This permission does not cover standalone resale of image files, distribution in paid image packs, merchandise featuring the images for sale, or transfers of exclusive rights. Those uses require separate authorization from the relevant rights holder or another sufficient legal basis.
Example credit: Image: Fluid Studio.
This permission extends only to rights that Fluid Studio is entitled to license. It does not cover third-party protected material without the necessary rights, and it does not restrict uses that applicable law allows without permission. Creators retain any independent rights in their own images; the attribution requirement here applies when an image is used under Fluid Studio's permission to redistribute gallery content.
6. Website materials and branding
The Fluid Studio name, interface design, software code, text, and other Website elements may be protected by applicable rights. Permission to share gallery artworks does not authorize copying the Website code or branding, or presenting an unrelated product as an official Fluid Studio service.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to comply with applicable law and respect the rights of others. You must not use the Website for malicious automation, service disruption, security bypasses, unlawful submissions, or misleading others about the origin of materials.
Where there are reasonable grounds to believe that rules or third-party rights have been violated, Fluid Studio may restrict access to relevant features or content to the extent allowed by law.
8. Warranties and liability
The Website and generated results are provided with their creative and technical limitations. Further provisions on warranties and liability appear in the Disclaimer. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Contact and changes
Questions about the Website, image rights, or the service can be submitted only through the contact form on the Website.
Fluid Studio may update these Terms. The current version and its effective date will be published on this page. Material changes requiring separate notice or consent will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements.
