1. Purpose of the service
Fluid.pics (Fluid Studio) is a digital platform for creating and viewing generative art. It is intended for creative work, visual experimentation, and publishing images.
2. Nature of generated results
Images are produced by algorithmic processes using available settings. Fluid Studio does not guarantee that a result will be unique, entirely free of similarities to other works, suitable for a particular commercial purpose, or protected by exclusive copyright.
3. Third-party rights
Users are responsible for assessing whether their intended use is lawful, especially for commercial publication, merchandise, and the use of third-party photos or other source materials. Fluid Studio does not guarantee that every possible element of a generated image is free of third-party rights.
Permission to use images from the public gallery, including the mandatory active-link credit, is described in the Terms of Use. These terms do not replace permissions from other rights holders where such permissions are necessary.
4. Availability and performance
Fluid Studio aims to keep the Website reliable but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, permanently unchanged features, identical settings, or identical results when an image is generated again. Technical issues and maintenance may temporarily affect service availability.
5. External resources
The Website may link to third-party resources. Fluid Studio does not control their content, availability, or privacy practices and is not responsible for their operators' actions to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Limits of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fluid Studio is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequences of using images in violation of third-party rights. Nothing in this section excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law or deprives users of mandatory statutory protections or remedies.
7. Contact
Questions about the Website, image use, or this Disclaimer can be submitted only through the contact form on the Website.
