Artistic description

A tree-street stretches glowing branches along its own façades, flickering orange and violet in the rain like the veins of one large, calm creature. The houses grew from these roots rather than the other way around: each window warms exactly where a branch touches the wall. We walk the wet pavement between two halves of the same tree-city, and it breathes light quietly through the rain.
